This policy explains what personal data Red Ambulance collects, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Red Ambulance is a brand and technology platform owned and operated by Nipun India Skill Development and Training Private Limited.

What we collect

• Account: mobile number, name, language.
• Trips: pickup and drop locations, live location during a trip, ambulance type, fare and payment method.
• Health information you choose to share: condition at booking, medical profile and emergency contacts — shared only with the assigned crew and our control room.
• Ambulance partners: identity and vehicle documents for verification, live location while online.

Why we use it

To send the nearest ambulance, show live tracking, contact you about a trip, handle payments and support, keep the service safe (verification, fraud prevention) and meet legal obligations.

Who sees it

The assigned ambulance crew, the control room of the state where the trip happens (operated by Red Ambulance or its state partner), payment and messaging providers acting for us, and authorities when the law requires. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Trip GPS trails and chats are deleted after a short period; trip records and invoices are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent by writing to our grievance officer (see the Contact page).
