Red Ambulance is a brand and technology platform owned and operated by Nipun India Skill Development and Training Private Limited.

Cancelling a booking

• Emergency bookings can always be cancelled free of charge.
• Pre-booked trips are free to cancel for a few minutes after a driver is assigned. After that a small cancellation fee may apply; the app shows it before you confirm.

Refunds for in-app payments

If you were charged for a trip that did not happen, were charged twice, or were charged more than the fare shown, raise a ticket in the app. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cash and UPI paid to the driver

Payments made directly to the driver are settled between you and the operator; our support team will help resolve any dispute.
