Fair and clear rules
Completed trips, active ambulances, how often no ambulance was found, time to assign and patient rating — you see the same scorecard we see.
If targets are missed at a review, you get a written warning and a date to fix them.
If a state cannot be run well, it returns to Red Ambulance or goes to a new partner. Patients, drivers and bookings stay on the platform, so emergencies are never interrupted.
A share of the commission earned in your state, shown in a monthly statement. Fees and the share are agreed per state on the call.

Can I take more than one state?
Start with one state. Partners who meet their targets can apply for a neighbouring state.
Do I need to own ambulances?
No. Most ambulances are owned by local owners who join the network. Owning some helps you launch faster.
Who owns the patients and drivers?
They are Red Ambulance users. You manage and serve them in your state for as long as your licence runs. This is what keeps emergencies working if a state changes hands.
What happens at the year-1 and year-2 reviews?
We compare your monthly scorecard with the targets in your agreement. Met: continue. Missed: a warning with a date to fix. Still missed: the state returns to Red Ambulance or goes to a new partner.
Does Red Ambulance replace 108?
No. Red Ambulance complements the free government 108 service with private verified ambulances, pre-booking and inter-city transfers.
